TMC Patient Relations
TMC Patient Relations is available to help ensure that your experience meets your expectations. Our mission is to provide exceptional care with compassion. If you or a family member have a question or concern about your hospital stay, please let us know. We encourage you to discuss your feedback with your care team (nurse, department manager/charge nurse and doctor) in order to resolve the issue as soon as possible. If your concern remains unresolved, Patient Relations staff is available to help you reach a resolution or provide additional information.
