CO-FOUNDER, CEO

Eric Berry

Eric is Co-Founder and CEO of TripleLift. Under his leadership, the company has more than tripled in growth each year and has been listed on Inc. Fast 5000, Deloitte’s Technology Fast 500™, and Crain’s New York Fast 50 three years in a row. The nearly 300 person company now spans three continents. Previously, Eric was a leader on the client services and product architecture teams at AppNexus, and an attorney at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP. Eric received bachelor's degree in computer science from MIT and a J.D. from New York University School of Law. He was named Entrepreneur Of the Year® 2019 New York Award winner in the category of Marketing and Advertising.
CO-FOUNDER, PRESIDENT

Shaun Zacharia

Shaun is Co-founder and President of TripleLift. As President, Shaun has been a chief architect of the company's growth from startup to one of America's fastest-growing companies. He leads the company's efforts in establishing new business lines, driving strategic customer success, and aligning its Product, Solutions, and Engineering organizations. Prior to co-founding TripleLift, Shaun pioneered real-time bidding and programmatic advertising solutions at AppNexus on behalf of its most strategic brand-direct, agency trade desk, and publisher customers. Shaun has been named to Forbes' 30 under 30 for his contributions in advertising and technology.

Ari Lewine

Ari is Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer of TripleLift. Ari leads the company's direction on sales, strategy, and product innovation. Prior to founding TripleLift, Ari was the Global Head of Performance Sales at AppNexus. Ari was named to Forbes’ 30 under 30 list for his contributions to advertising technology. He serves as the IAB Co-Chair for the Native Advertising, Content and Social Committee, is a regular speaker at technology and advertising conferences, and contributes to industry publications including The Wall Street Journal and AdAge.

Jacqueline Quantrell

Jacqueline is Chief Revenue Officer of TripleLift. She leads the company’s global supply, demand and partnerships teams to drive value for advertisers, brands and publishers. Previously, as Rubicon Project’s senior vice president of sales, she oversaw the North American publisher, brand, and independent agency sales teams to overachieve on their goals, and created and delivered global sales strategies.
CFO

Simon Adell

Simon is Chief Financial Officer of TripleLift. He is responsible for the company’s financial operations. He has held senior finance and operational roles at companies including Payfone, iLevel Solutions, and Juice Energy. He has earned Certified Public Accountant, Certified Management Accountant and Chartered Financial Analyst designations.
CHIEF PRODUCT OFFICER

Andrew Eifler

Andrew is the Chief Product Officer at TripleLift. Andrew oversees product for the company’s native advertising platform, branded content solution, and OTT brand integrations. Previously, he served as VP of product management for AppNexus, a Xandr Company. An early AppNexus employee, he was instrumental in leading the buy-side product team, helping the company grow from 100 to more than 1,000 employees, launching video there in 2015, and facilitating AT&T’s recent multi-billion dollar acquisition of AppNexus.
CMO

Jordan Bitterman

Jordan is Chief Marketing Officer at TripleLift. As CMO, he leads marketing strategy to drive growth. Prior to joining TripleLift, Jordan was Chief Marketing Officer of The Weather Channel (B2C) and The Weather Company (B2B), both part of IBM. While there, he oversaw the launch of a new ad industry-facing brand named “Watson Advertising.” Jordan is a 25-year veteran of the advertising industry and has spent the majority of his career at leading advertising agencies like Digitas and Mindshare. He is responsible for creating the industry’s NewFronts and for launching the first-ever live streamed concert series.
CPO & GENERAL COUNSEL

Julia Shullman

Julia is General Counsel & Chief Privacy Officer at TripleLift. She oversees the company’s legal matters and is responsible for ensuring that TripleLift’s technology, practices, and procedures meet global privacy requirements. She is also responsible for driving the company’s go-to-market privacy and public policy strategy. Prior to TripleLift, Julia held senior positions at AppNexus, as lead attorney for its Publisher Technology Group and as Chief Privacy Counsel. In these roles, Julia served as a member of the teams that launched the AppNexus Ad Server Prebid.js and that pushed the industry to standardize GDPR compliance. Julia is involved in developing and setting industry standards, and regularly presents on privacy, legal, and policy-related challenges facing the online advertising industry.
SVP, GLOBAL DEMAND

John Stoneman

John is SVP, Global Demand at TripleLift, leading the rollout of the native programmatic platform across Europe and Asia Pacific. John has been in digital media for over 20 years at a number of leading companies. He was part of the original MSN UK launch team, has worked for Nokia, and was the UK General Manager of the mobile advertising network InMobi. Prior to joining TripleLift, he led five European offices across the region as PubMatic’s VP of EMEA.
SVP, GLOBAL SUPPLY

Michael Lehman

Michael is Senior Vice President of Global Supply at TripleLift. He oversees TripleLift’s Publisher business, including Sales, Service, Operations, and Yield teams in every market in which TripleLift operates globally. Prior to TripleLift, Michael spent over four years at the Rubicon Project, which culminated in his role as Senior Director of Publisher Development.
VP, Programmatic Strategy

Jen Lee

As the Vice President of Programmatic Strategy, Jennifer is responsible for developing partnerships with the leading and most progressive trading desks. She is charged with enabling our partners to unlock additional value by helping them access native programmatic inventory and build out their programmatic strategies. Prior to joining TripleLift, Jennifer was on the forefront of programmatic buying as an account lead at Vivaki, Publicis’s Trading Desk.
VP, Platform Partnerships

Sonja Kristiansen

Sonja is the Vice President, Platform Partnerships at TripleLift, leading a global team covering 80+ demand-side platforms (DSPs), audience networks and other platform partners. Prior to joining TripleLift in 2016, she led publisher development at ad-tech startup Virool. Sonja originally hails from Vancouver, Canada, where she spent 6 years working for the Vancouver Canucks (NHL) in sales, service and digital media.
VP, GLOBAL REVENUE OPERATIONS

Monica O'Kelly

Monica is the Vice President of Global Revenue Operations at TripleLift, where she partners with leaders across the revenue organization to arm them with data to make strategic business decisions. Monica launched the Revenue Operations department at TripleLift in 2017 after recognizing a need for streamlined forecasting and pipeline management across the Global Sales team. Before running Revenue Operations, Monica was the Head of Sales Planning at TripleLift, and had previously led an Account Management team in the pharmaceutical advertising division of Everyday Health. Monica holds a Master’s degree from New York University and a Bachelor’s degree from Drew University.

Jason Kleinman

Jason is General Manager of Branded Content at TripleLift. He leads TripleLift’s ContentDial business, the industry’s first branded content intelligence, optimization and distribution platform. Jason Kleinman is an Emmy-award winning content creator and digital executive in the media and publishing space.
GM, ADVANCED ADVERTISING

Michael Shields

Michael is General Manager of Advanced Advertising at TripleLift and is spearheading the company’s ad product innovations for OTT. Prior to TripleLift, Michael was at Fox Networks Group, where he was Senior Vice President, Sales Strategy and Business Development. In this role, Shields was part of a team that successfully experimented with audience-first ad products, developing in-action, integrated ads, new formats and pricing models and lowering ad loads across the Fox portfolio.
VP, Advanced Advertising

Hiram Reid

Hiram is the Vice President of Advanced Advertising for TripleLift. He oversees the strategic development, marketing, implementation and execution of marketplace solutions for the company’s OTT business. Prior to joining TripleLift, Hiram worked in both the digital pricing & inventory and ad sales strategy teams at Viacom and led the strategic marketing group at Hulu. Hiram started his career as an analyst at Morgan Stanley in their Foreign Exchange department, after graduating from Howard University with a degree in Finance.
VP, Product Marketing

Lindsey DiGiorgio

Lindsey is the Vice President of Product Marketing for TripleLift and has a passion for go-to-market strategy, sales enablement, and analytics. Prior roles include VP of Marketing at NinthDecimal and then at iSpot.tv, overseeing all marketing functions including PR, branding, events, and product marketing. Previously, Lindsey oversaw marketing strategy for Neustar’s AdAdvisor division. DiGiorgio holds an MBA in Marketing and Brand Management from Lund University in Sweden and B.S. degrees in Natural Resources and Business from the University of Vermont.
VP, Solutions Engineering

Jaison Zachariah

As the VP of Solutions Engineering, Jaison oversees a global group of consultants and technologists that owns TripleLift's marketplace, strategic partner initiatives, and forward-deployed data science and engineering efforts. Prior to joining TripleLift, Jaison worked in corporate development at AOL and investment banking at J.P. Morgan. Jaison started his career developing autonomous vehicle technology at Princeton University where he graduated with distinction from the ORFE and CS departments.
VP, Core Engineering

Dan Goldin

Dan is the Vice President of the Core Engineering team at TripleLift. He's been at TripleLift since 2013 where he led the initial efforts to build out the real time bidding system. In a prior life he was the cofounder of a small startup that was acquired by an advertising agency and had a few stints as a quantitative engineer, including one on Wall Street during the 2008 financial crisis.

Dana Kaplan

Dana is the Vice President of People at TripleLift. She oversees a trusted team that designs best-in-class programs that drive an inclusive and engaging culture to support the evolution of TripleLift. Prior to TripleLift, Dana worked at Unilever where she led HR strategy for Sales, International Business, and eCommerce teams. Dana also worked in the global headquarters in London where she implemented learning and capability strategies across all major markets. After her most recent role working in M&A, she made the switch to ad tech and continues to be a firm believer that people are a company’s greatest asset.

Josh Graber

Josh is the Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Triplelift. Josh has a demonstrated history of building processes and driving recruitment to successfully achieve aggressive hiring goals for fast paced tech startups by building effective, scalable, metrics driven recruitment teams. With 12+ years of managing a Talent Acquisition function Josh’s specialties include strengthening a company’s ability to effectively recruit, interview, hire, and manage the financial model of personnel. Josh’s change management skills help to improve and add strategic HR value to the business.
