The Center for African American Health is pleased to provide scholarships for staff or community members to attend a 3-day Lactation Counselor Education (CLE) training scheduled for June 25-27 via Zoom. The deadline to submit an application is June 15th.

Virtual Aging Mastery Program

September 3 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm

The NCOA Aging Mastery Program helps older adults build their own playbook for aging well. Through fun, innovative, educational sessions, participants are empowered to embrace the gift of longevity by spending more time each day doing things that are good for them and others. Topics include exercise, financial fitness, healthy relationships, medication management, and community engagement. Virtual Journey to Wellness Program

September 8 @ 12:00 pm - 1:30 pm

Journey to Wellness Reduce your risk of future health problems such as diabetes and heart disease. This FREE lifestyle change program for adults will provide you with a full year of support and the tools you need to lose weight and become a healthier you.
