"As human beings, our job in life is to help people realize how rare and valuable each one of us really is, that each of us has something that no one else has--or ever will have--something inside that is unique to all time. It's our job to encourage each other to discover that uniqueness and to provide ways of developing its expression."
- From The World According to Mister Rogers

I have been blessed to work with children, adolescents and families for the past 20 years in both clinical and faith-based settings. As a wife and mother of three wonderful children, I understand the challenges that face both children and parents in this fast-paced world. By utilizing a multidimensional approach, the mind, body and spirit can be transformed to facilitate healing on all levels.

I earned my Masters Degree in Clinical Social Work from Florida State University in 1998 and have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2000. I also hold a Clinical Hypnotherapist certification in the state of Florida as well as a Dialectal Behavior Therapy certificate.

I enjoy working with a variety of ages and populations and I utilize multiple approaches including cognitive behavior therapy and dialectical behavior therapy. I have experience in supporting individuals and families in managing ADHD, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and grief.

I am available for both daytime and evening appointments and I look forward to speaking with you and beginning a journey toward healing, balance, peace and well-being.

I’d love to answer any questions you may have.
