E Hanh Le, MD
Sr. Director of Medical Affairs
Dr. E Hanh Le is the Senior Director of Medical Affairs at Healthcare Website. She brings her years of clinical and healthcare technology experience to help consistently create high-quality, empathetic, and engaging content and products that uphold the highest medical integrity. She received her MD from Baylor College of Medicine and completed her residency at St. Joseph Hospital in Houston, TX. After years of clinical practice, Dr. Le transitioned from clinical medicine to healthcare technology via her work at Epocrates, where she developed clinical news products and disease and drug content. She has also helped create an EHR, secure messaging products, and clinical decision support tools for healthcare systems.
Alana Biggers
MD, MPH
Dr. Alana Biggers is a board-certified physician specializing in internal medicine. She is an assistant professor of clinical medicine at the University of Illinois-Chicago (UIC) College of Medicine. She completed residency training in internal medicine at the Medical College of Wisconsin, obtained her Master of Public Health in chronic disease epidemiology from Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine, and completed a research fellowship at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Dr. Biggers specializes in research on type 2 diabetes, as well as sleep.
Alan Carter
PharmD
Alan Carter is a licensed clinical pharmacist nationally recognized for conducting novel pharmaceutical research. He has served as principal investigator/project manager for NIH drug development initiatives, implemented clinical pharmacy programs, and directed business strategy for a regional pharmacy chain with annual revenues in the tens of millions. He has authored 17 peer-reviewed publications as adjunct faculty at the University of Missouri-Kansas City in areas of drug and device evaluation, and applied pharmacology research in clinical, hospital, and managed care pharmacy.
Brenda B. Spriggs
MD, MPH, MBA
Dr. Brenda Spriggs is a board-certified physician in internal medicine and rheumatology. She earned her Doctor of Medicine from Meharry Medical College in Nashville and her rheumatology training as a fellow at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF). Dr. Spriggs also earned a Master of Public Health for healthcare executives from UCLA and an MBA from Claremont Graduate University. She is currently a clinical professor emerita at UCSF. She is the co-author of several scientific papers on systemic lupus erythematosus and Reiter’s disease, and is a highly sought-after lecturer for health and scientific forums. She is also the co-author of the book “Focus On YOUR BEST HEALTH: Smart Guide to the Health Care You Deserve.”
Marina Basina
MD
Dr. Marina Basina is a board-certified internal medicine physician specializing in endocrinology, type 1 diabetes, diabetes mellitus (DM) technology, and DM in pregnancy. Dr. Basina is currently a physician at Stanford University serving both inpatient and outpatient populations. She is a member of the American Diabetes Association and the Endocrine Society, and has received awards for excellence in patient care and clinical teaching. Dr. Basina completed her education at Moscow Medical School, followed by a residency at UCLA/WLA VA Medical Center, and then an endocrinology fellowship at Stanford University.
Nancy Carteron
MD, FACR
Dr. Nancy Carteron is an associate clinical professor in medicine at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF). She earned her MD from The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, completing her residency at Stanford Medical Center and her fellowship at UCSF Medical Center. A practicing rheumatologist and immunologist for 28 years, she is currently the medical and scientific editor for Sjogren’s Quarterly, the publication of the Sjogren’s Syndrome Foundation. Dr. Carteron earned the foundation’s Healthcare Professional Leadership Award in 2016. She is a member of the American College of Rheumatology, the Federation of Clinical Immunology Societies, and the Association of Women in Rheumatology.
Saurabh Sethi
MD
Dr. Saurabh Sethi is a board-certified internal medicine physician specializing in gastroenterology, hepatology, and advanced interventional endoscopy. In 2014, Dr. Sethi completed his gastroenterology and hepatology fellowship at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center at Harvard Medical School and completed his advanced endoscopy fellowship at Stanford University in 2015. Dr. Sethi has been involved with multiple books and research articles, including more than 40 peer-reviewed publications. He has received multiple awards including the Harvard Medical School Excellence in Tutoring Award 2013 and NIH-funded T-32 training grant for clinical research in gastroenterology 2013-2014.
Susan Weiner
MS, RDN
Susan Weiner is the owner and clinical director of Susan Weiner Nutrition, PLLC. She currently serves on the American Association of Diabetes Educators (AADE) board of directors (2018-2020). Susan was named the 2015 AADE Diabetes Educator of the Year and is an AADE fellow. She is the recipient of the 2018 Media Excellence Award from the New York State Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. Susan is a well-respected national and international lecturer on a variety of topics related to nutrition, diabetes, wellness and health, and has authored dozens of articles in peer reviewed journals. Susan earned her master's degree in applied physiology and nutrition from Columbia University.
Tim Legg
PsyD, PhD, MSN
Dr. Tim Legg has nearly 30 years of experience in the provision of mental health care in a variety of settings including nursing homes, inpatient psychiatric units, outpatient community mental health, inpatient detox, and prisons. Dr. Legg holds a PhD in health sciences research and a Doctor of Psychology in clinical psychology. He is both a licensed psychologist and a licensed and board-certified psychiatric/mental health and gerontological nurse practitioner in private practice. He is also certified as a Master Addictions Counselor through the National Certification Commission for Addiction Professionals, as well as a Certified Addictions Registered Nurse-Advanced Practice through the International Nurses Society on Addictions.
Valinda Riggins Nwadike
MD, MPH
Dr. Valinda Riggins Nwadike is an obstetrics and gynecology physician and gynecology surgeon with more than 15 years of experience performing deliveries and gynecologic surgeries. Dr. Nwadike earned her Master of Public Health from Columbia University and her Doctor of Medicine from the University of Illinois College of Medicine. She completed her residency at Hahnemann University Hospital in Philadelphia. She has a particular interest in underserved populations and health disparities of minority women.

Melanie Santos is the wellpreneur behind MelanieSantos.co, a personal development brand focused on mental, physical, and spiritual wellness for all.
